I've been with Afrihost for a good few years and they have been a great ISP. Their packages are great value for money and when it comes to resolving issues, they have a Whatsapp chat portal which makes it super simple to resolve any issues you may have in real time.

I am busy with an installation of fiber with Afrihost and their client service is amazing I was able to interact via Whatsapp with one of there service agents and my problem was attended to with kindness and patience.

Network installation was done fast and professional. Keep using Quinton and collegue from Britelink - Vumatel, he is very polite and professional, minimum messing where they worked. Very clean installation. This is for an uptime sensitive business, so I will be glad to evaluate and comment in the near future. I am a new customer with Afrihost so service still to be seen. .
