Put in the extra effort to make me happy with the service that usually doesn't happen when clients have an issue as unique as mine. glad alternatives were mentioned and how to do it was great experience received by afrihost

Afrihost has amazing customer support. They attend to your questions promptly and on various platforms. I have used email and WhatsApp and both times my experience was good. If they keep up this great service I will be a customer for life!

Can't really complain to much about you guys, but is the past 2 or 3 months your Internet as been down way to much, your services have become like eskom, one of this days you will develop an app to check for fibersheding... ones you sort this continuous problems I will change my review.. Boksburg

Every time I have had a problem afrihost has helped. One time when I first got fibre and had to reset my router I got so fraustrated with my computer I told the chap from afrihost I will get someone else the next day to help me. The chap said to me my dear you will stay on the line with me and we will get it right together. We were on line from 4pm till just after 7pm when we got the router working and my computer connected. That is what I call dedication . Well done and thank you Afri host.

I received friendly call center assistance and regular updates on my very complex query. I really didn't even need to follow up, or ever feel neglected. I trust Afrihost because so far they haven't given me a reason not to. I would certainly recommend them, for peace of mind and hassle-free service.

It's one in a million you get to deal with companies that are so professional and human. I chatted to Boston and Portia on whatsup. Then Lerato on email .All were very helpful, attentive to detail, swift in their dealings with me and it made my queries easy to solve.
