Afrihost is one of my favorite companies to deal with.... Great prices. Fantastic fast customer service. Whether via whatsapp or on the phone you never have to wait too long while holding for an operator. I am yet to encounter an unfriendly or unhelpful customer support agent.... Best company with competent and friendly employees

Amazing Afrihost with the whatsapp contact centre which allows you to always be in touch but not have to hold on for long. I can now log an issue during work time and not sit on the phone. Your operators are super helpful and efficient. It truly is a pleasure dealing with you guys. A special mention to Enoch in finance and Sakhile who helped me tirelessly to get up and running. You guys are leaders in customer service
